1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "the Member") and bdbag ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bdbag website located at https://bdbag.org and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, fish shooting, and related promotional services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the bdbag platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdbag platform and should close your account immediately. bdbag reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use the bdbag platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdbag strictly prohibits access to persons under 21. This age restriction is enforced in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to adult entertainment services.
• You must be a natural person (individual), not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of bdbag or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition on gambling activity in your jurisdiction of residence.

bdbag reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending funds until verification is complete. These KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements exist to protect both the platform and its members.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one active account on bdbag. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If bdbag identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bdbag will never ask for your password. In the event of any suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdbag support immediately. bdbag cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

• You must use a strong password of at least eight characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numerals. Avoid using easily identifiable information such as your date of birth or phone number.
• You must keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date. These details are used for account verification, OTP delivery, and withdrawal confirmation.
• You must not use any automated tool, bot, script, or software to access or interact with the bdbag platform, including for the purposes of playing games, placing bets, or claiming bonuses.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the bdbag platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. bdbag does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdbag accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time, and the current list of accepted channels is always displayed on the deposit page within your account. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bdbag. Before any withdrawal can be processed, bdbag may require identity verification and confirmation that the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been fully satisfied. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional verification is required.
• bdbag does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, the receiving payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published fee schedule.
• bdbag reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
• Deposits made to your bdbag account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This baseline rollover requirement applies only to the deposit amount itself; separate, higher rollover requirements apply to bonus funds as described in Section 5 of these Terms.

All funds deposited to bdbag are held in a segregated account structure and are not used for operational purposes. This means that player funds are protected in the ordinary course of business operations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdbag offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh sports calendar (including BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of at least 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts or referral self-links will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• bdbag reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a bonus structure, use of prohibited strategies (e.g. low-risk hedging across outcomes), or breach of any part of these Terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games offered on bdbag — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and fish shooting — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Habanero, Spadegaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules published by the game provider, and it is the player's responsibility to read and understand those rules before placing real-money bets. All games use certified RNG (random number generator) technology, independently audited to ensure that outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by bdbag or any third party.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, bdbag's system logs are the definitive record of all bets placed and outcomes generated. Where a technical fault results in a game being rendered void, bets placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account. bdbag is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including disruptions to the mobile data connection used to access the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdbag is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session time limits: Members may set a maximum session duration. Once the limit is reached, the member will be logged out automatically and notified via the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Members may exclude themselves from the bdbag platform for a defined period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated and all marketing communications will be suspended.
• Reality checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing total session duration and net gaming result, to support informed decision-making during play.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbag platform. Any member found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and be permanently barred from the platform:

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods, or providing false identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the platform's pricing or bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bdbag platform, or exploiting any software bug or vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using the bdbag platform for any money laundering activity, including layering deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity, or using multiple accounts to cycle funds.
• Permitting or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access, register, or use the bdbag platform in any capacity.

bdbag cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any activity on the platform suspected of constituting a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbag platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bdbag or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdbag platform without the prior written consent of bdbag. Unauthorised use of bdbag intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bdbag collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at https://bdbag.org/privacy-policy. By using the bdbag platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdbag uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bdbag servers. bdbag does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbag, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if bdbag has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdbag's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdbag's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by bdbag's negligence.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

bdbag reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, holding multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe requested by bdbag.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bdbag will attempt to notify the account holder before any dormant account action is taken.
• At the member's own request. Members wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact bdbag support. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bdbag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdbag will endeavour to notify active members via the contact details held on the account (mobile number or email address) at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor or administrative updates, bdbag may update the Terms without specific advance notification.

The version of the Terms currently published at https://bdbag.org/terms-conditions is the version in force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bdbag platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the bdbag platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and entertainment services. In the event of any dispute between a member and bdbag, the member should first contact bdbag support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bdbag will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
